A whole host of people will be gathering at the Knights Building of Lincoln College (opposite the Main Reception on Monks Road) to help 16 - 18 year olds who may still be a bit puzzled about their future now they’ve left school. Employment? College? Apprenticeship? Foundation Learning? Voluntary work? So many possibilities! It’s no surprise that some young people are a bit confused!

The Careers Fayre is being brought together by the Lincolnshire and Rutland Work Based Academy (WBA)- the very active network of all the Work Based Learning Providers in the Counties. Together with its’ partners - organisations like Lincoln College; Connexions; ISIS Training; LAGAT; NACRO; Lincolnshire County Council; Mouchel/Options; Lincolnshire Co-op; Lindum Group; HIT Training; INTraining; YMCA; National Apprenticeship Service; CG Partnership; The Lincolnshire and Rutland Employment & Skills Board and others - the WBA is committing time and energy to bring the opportunities together in one place to give you the ease of choice and guidance we think you deserve.

All you have to do is turn up sometime between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on the 18th and we’ll do the rest. You might even win one of the fabulous prizes on offer in our free draw!

Feel free to bring along one of your parents/guardians to hear what’s going on and join in the discussion. You’ve got nothing to lose and a whole future to gain!
